Shipping Policy

We ship every order with care, speed, and discretion. Here’s everything you need to know about how your order gets to you.

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped the same business day when placed before 2:00 PM PT, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PT, or on weekends and holidays, ship the next business day — orders placed after 2:00 PM PT Friday through Sunday ship out Monday.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Estimated delivery times after your order has shipped are as follows:

Standard Shipping (USPS First Class / Priority): 2–5 business days
Expedited Shipping (UPS/FedEx): 2–3 business days
Overnight Shipping (where available): 1 business day

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier volume, weather, or other factors outside our control.

3. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders of $200 or more within the United States.

4. Shipping Protection

At checkout, you have the option to add Shipping Protection for $9.99. This covers your order against loss, theft, and damage during transit. If a protected order is lost or arrives damaged, we will ship a free replacement at no additional cost. We strongly recommend adding Shipping Protection for peace of mind.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly through the carrier’s website. If you do not receive tracking information within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

6. Discreet Packaging

All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of the contents. Your privacy is important to us.

7. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States only, including all 50 states and Washington, D.C. We do not ship internationally at this time.

8. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout to avoid delays.

9. P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

We ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Expedited and overnight shipping options are not available for these addresses.
