Track your order.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM PT on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PT, or on weekends and holidays, ship the next business day. We don't ship on Saturdays or Sundays — orders placed after 2:00 PM PT Friday through Sunday ship out Monday.

You'll receive a tracking email automatically as soon as your package is handed to the carrier. Your tracking number is also available anytime in your account dashboard under "Orders."

Tracking refreshes automatically every few hours as the carrier scans your package at each facility. Brief gaps between scans are completely normal during transit.

We ship to all 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. Every order leaves our U.S. facility with tracked delivery included.

Address changes can be accommodated before your order ships. Email [email protected] with your order number and the corrected address as soon as possible.
