BPC-157 Certificate of Analysis

One of the most widely studied peptides in preclinical research — and the foundation of many multi-compound blends.

BPC-157 is a synthetic 15-amino-acid peptide, structurally derived from a sequence identified in gastric juice. It is one of the most extensively referenced compounds in the peptide-research literature, appearing across a wide range of published preclinical and in-vitro studies.

It’s also remarkably stable — unlike many peptides that degrade in acidic conditions, BPC-157 resists low-pH environments, an unusual structural property in its class. That stability and its broad use in research make it a common base in multi-compound blends (GLOW, KLOW) and a frequent pairing with TB-500.

Why this one matters: TB-500 moves cells into position. GHK-Cu rebuilds the matrix. BPC-157 is the one that works across the widest range of tissue types — which is why it’s the base ingredient in every major peptide blend on the market.

Everything you'd want to know about Aūra.

Verification, COAs, storage, handling — and what makes Aūra different. For research use only.

How are batches verified?
Independent third-party labs verify identity, purity, sterility, and endotoxins on every batch. Failed lots are rejected and never shipped.
Are COAs available?
Yes. Each shipment includes a batch-matched Certificate of Analysis tied to your specific lot number. Digital copies are also available through our COA library or by request.
What form will my peptides arrive in?
All Aūra peptides ship as lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder in sealed vials. Reconstitution instructions are provided with your shipment.
What purity specs do you follow?
≥99% purity confirmed via HPLC on qualifying batches. Mass verified via MS. All specs available on the batch-specific COA.
How should peptides be stored?
Store lyophilized vials at -20°C, protected from light. Once reconstituted, store at 2–8°C and use within the stability window noted on the COA.
Shelf life of unopened vials?
Unopened lyophilized vials are stable for up to 24 months when stored at recommended conditions. Exact shelf life is noted per batch on the COA.
What makes Aūra different?
Every batch is independently verified, lot-matched COAs ship with every order, and our verification standard rejects any batch that fails spec — no exceptions. Built for research labs that need reproducibility.
