Research Use Only (RUO). This Agreement governs participation in the Aūra Research affiliate program operated at tryaurapeptides.com (the “Company,” “we,” “us”). By submitting an affiliate application or promoting any Company product, you (“Affiliate,” “you”) agree to every term below. We may update this Agreement; continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance.
This document is a program policy, not legal advice. Have counsel review before launch and adapt it to your jurisdiction.
1. Research-Use-Only posture is non-negotiable
All Company products are sold strictly for in vitro laboratory research only. They are not drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or food, and are not for human or animal consumption, ingestion, injection, or any therapeutic or diagnostic use.
As an Affiliate, every piece of content you publish, in any medium, must be consistent with this RUO posture. You are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, or representative of the Company, and you have no authority to make claims on our behalf.
2. Strictly prohibited claims and content
You must never state, imply, depict, suggest, hashtag, caption, or otherwise communicate any of the following in connection with Company products:
- Human or animal use of any kind — taking, dosing, administering, injecting, ingesting, “running,” or “cycling” a product.
- Medical or therapeutic claims — that a product treats, cures, prevents, diagnoses, heals, or mitigates any disease, condition, or symptom.
- Dosing or protocol guidance — dosages, schedules, mg/mcg amounts, reconstitution-for-use, stacking, or administration instructions framed for living subjects.
- Weight-loss, fat-loss, slimming, appetite, or metabolic benefit claims.
- Bodybuilding, muscle-building, performance, anti-aging, sexual, or cosmetic benefit claims.
- Testimonials, reviews, results, or experiences describing personal or third-party use, including “before/after” content, progress photos, or transformation imagery.
- GLP-1-class product names for human use — the highest-risk category. You may not promote semaglutide, tirzepatide, retatrutide, liraglutide, cagrilintide, or any GLP-1/GIP analog (or brand names such as Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Zepbound, Rybelsus, Saxenda) in any human-use, weight-loss, or therapeutic framing whatsoever.
- Any statement that the products are safe, legal, or approved for consumption, or that compares them to approved pharmaceuticals as substitutes.
If you are unsure whether content is acceptable, it is not — ask us first.
3. Required FTC disclosures
You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your material connection to the Company on every post, page, video, story, email, or message that promotes a product or your code/link. Disclosure must be:
- Unavoidable — placed where the audience will see it before engaging (not buried, not behind “more,” not only in a bio).
- Plain-language — e.g., “I earn a commission from Aūra Research if you use my code.” Platform tags such as “#ad” or “Paid partnership” are required where available in addition to, not instead of, a plain-language statement.
You are responsible for compliance with the FTC Endorsement Guides and all applicable advertising, consumer-protection, and platform rules.
4. Approved channels and creative
You are responsible for your own content, but it must comply with this Agreement and the accompanying Prohibited-Claims Creative Policy. We may require you to use only Company-approved framing and to remove or correct any content we deem non-compliant. We may request pre-approval of campaigns or assets at our discretion.
You may not: use paid search/brand bidding on Company trademarks; run misleading “coupon/deal” placements that imply unauthorized discounts; spam; use unsolicited email/SMS; impersonate the Company; or buy traffic from incentivized, bot, or fraudulent sources.
5. Discount codes
- On approval you receive one vanity discount code. Codes are screened against a compliance blocklist; codes containing GLP-1 names, human-use, medical, or weight-loss terms are rejected.
- Your code provides the customer discount set by the Company, and stacks with the Company’s standing promotions. The Company sets and may change this discount.
- Codes are for your own promotional use to your audience. Posting codes to coupon-aggregator or deal sites, or sharing them for self-purchase, is prohibited.
6. Commissions
- Rate: a tiered commission on each referred customer’s first qualifying order, based on your lifetime referred sales (currently ranging from $25 to $55 per order). Your current rate is always shown in your affiliate dashboard. Commissions are calculated on the order’s net total after any discounts, and never exceed a set percentage of that net. Aūra Research may adjust the tier schedule with notice.
- Attribution: a customer is attributed to you when they use your code at checkout, or arrive via your referral link (cookie window currently 90 days). If a different affiliate’s code is typed at checkout, that typed code takes precedence.
- Self-referrals (orders by you or on your own account/email) do not earn commission.
- Hold: commissions are recorded as pending and clear after a 3-day hold, provided the order remains valid.
- Reversal: commissions on orders that are refunded, charged back, cancelled, or failed are automatically voided.
- Payout: once your cleared balance reaches the $50 minimum, we pay via your chosen method (PayPal, Venmo, or Apple Pay) to the account you provide. You are solely responsible for any taxes on commissions; we may require tax documentation before payout.
7. Geography
You must comply with the laws of your jurisdiction and of any jurisdiction you target. We collect your country and may restrict, decline, or terminate participation based on geography or regulatory risk.
8. Monitoring, suspension, and termination
We monitor affiliate content. We may suspend or terminate your participation, disable your code, withhold or reverse unpaid commissions, and require takedown of content immediately and without notice if you breach this Agreement, post prohibited claims, create regulatory or reputational risk, or engage in fraud. Either party may terminate at any time. On termination your code is deactivated; cleared, validly-earned commissions remain payable except where forfeited for cause (fraud or prohibited-claims breach).
9. Compliance, indemnity, and liability
You will comply with all applicable laws, including FTC, FDA, state, and platform rules. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, penalties, or losses arising from your content or conduct. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company’s liability to you is limited to commissions validly owed, and the Company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing you do may create the impression that the Company endorses human use of its products.
10. Acceptance
By submitting an affiliate application you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to this Agreement and the Prohibited-Claims Creative Policy, and that all content you publish will conform to the Research-Use-Only posture described here. Your acceptance, timestamp, and IP are recorded.
